One of the world’s most awarded winemakers, Jennifer trained in biology before pivoting from medicine to wine in 1995. Starting with just four wines, she helped grow Barefoot — owned by E. & J. Gallo Winery — into a globally recognized, award-winning brand driven by creativity and an endlessly playful spirit.

A Sonoma County native, Lisa was shaped by the region’s rich agricultural traditions and found her calling in winemaking. She joined La Crema in 2022, bringing deep winemaking knowledge from her years within Jackson Family Wines to further elevate the La Crema portfolio.

Niki Wente
Sr. Vineyard & Viticulture Manager, Wente Family Estates
Niki’s path in viticulture began at 14 when she shadowed Wente’s Vineyard Operations leader — an experience that set her course. She joined the Wente Family Estates team in 2017 and now oversees farming operations across approximately 3,000 acres.

Jill Russell
Winemaker, Cambria Winery
Jill’s passion for food and wine took her from the Bay Area to Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, then to Australia and France before landing her in Santa Barbara County. After building her reputation at Paul Lato Wines, she now brings her expertise to Cambria Winery in the Santa Maria Valley.
