Limited-Time Offer Terms Overview: Restrictions apply. Limit 20 gallons per fill-up. Offer begins July 15, 2026 and ends September 15, 2026 (“Offer Period”). For the Offer Period, a Save Mart Rewards Member or a Lucky Rewards Member can redeem their eligible points, subject to the redemption increments and limits below, to save up to $1.00 per gallon, on up to 20 gallons, on your next fill at participating Shell stations. Fuel savings are redeemed in increments of 100 points for 10¢ off per gallon, up to 1,000 points for $1.00 off per gallon. Additional Terms and Conditions apply as listed below.

Base Program
A Save Mart Rewards Member or a Lucky Rewards Member earns 1 point for every $1 spent on qualifying groceries, excluding taxes, fees, deposits, gift cards, lottery, tobacco products, alcoholic beverages, pharmacy and prescription purchases, money orders, money transfers, and other regulated or excluded items as determined by Save Mart to the extent permitted by law.

Every 100 points equals 10 cents off per gallon at participating owned and partner fuel stations. Gas reward savings in a single fuel transaction are limited (i) to 20 gallons for one vehicle per transaction; (ii) to the maximum per-gallon gas rewards discount of 10 cents per gallon at Shell stations, unless a higher per gallon limit is expressly stated for a specific promotion, including the Limited Time Offer described above.

To use rewards for gas, you must establish eligibility by entering the phone number used to register your Save Mart Rewards or Lucky Rewards account before pumping fuel. Save Mart Rewards points and Lucky Rewards points expire on the last day of the third calendar month following the calendar month in which such points were earned. For example, points earned on any date in June expire on September 30th. Points may also expire or be forfeited due to account inactivity, no qualifying purchase for 12 consecutive months, violation of program terms, suspected fraud, or as required by law. Points have no cash value, are not property or legal tender, are non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by law.

Total savings may, where the applicable program rules permit, reflect a combination of earned Shell® Fuel Rewards® Tier Status, Save Mart Rewards, Lucky Rewards, and/or merchant offers. Not all rewards can be combined; combinability is governed by each program’s terms and may change. Shell® Fuel Rewards® earnings are available for redemption once posted to your Shell® Fuel Rewards® account. For linked accounts, rewards may take up to one month to post to your Shell® Fuel Rewards® account. Save Mart is not responsible for any delays in posting or technical issues that may prevent timely posting of rewards.

Redeem Shell® Fuel Rewards® earnings with your Fuel Rewards® card, Alt ID or linked payment card at participating Shell or other select fuel stations. Shell® Fuel Rewards® earnings are limited to 20 gallons of fuel per purchase per vehicle or to fraud limits placed by Shell, and/or limits placed on your payment card by your financial institution, each of which may be lower. Other restrictions may apply.

Once you begin to dispense fuel using your Shell® Fuel Rewards® earnings, you must dispense up to the 20-gallon limit or you forfeit any remaining gallons. The fuel dispenser may not reduce the per-gallon price below a minimum of approximately $0.109/gallon. For example, if fuel costs $4.00 per gallon and a customer has $4.00 per gallon in eligible combined Fuel Savings, the pump may not reduce the price to $0.00/gallon. Due to dispenser limitations, the customer may still pay up to approximately $0.109/gallon. If a customer dispenses fewer than 20 gallons of fuel, any unused gallons from that redemption are forfeited.

If your available Fuel Savings exceed the current per-gallon price of fuel, the pump will apply the maximum discount allowed, and any remaining eligible Fuel Savings balance will be saved for a future fuel purchase. For purchases of $75 or more, please go inside to pay. Unbranded diesel and alternative fuels may not be eligible.

Effective as of April 28, 2025, the Shell® Fuel Rewards® program is owned and operated by Shell. Save Mart is not responsible for Shell’s operation of the Fuel Rewards® program, including but not limited to reward redemption, fuel pricing, station availability, or any acts or omissions by Shell or participating fuel stations.

Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions supplement the Save Mart Rewards and Lucky Rewards Program Terms and Conditions, available at https://savemart.com/save-mart-rewards-terms-and-conditions and https://luckysupermarkets.com/lucky-rewards-terms-and-conditions, and Shell’s Fuel Rewards Terms and Conditions, available at https://www.fuelrewards.com/.

These terms and conditions, together with the Save Mart Rewards Program Terms and Conditions, Shell’s Fuel Rewards Terms and Conditions, and the other terms referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement regarding the Fuel Rewards Program and the subject matter herein.

If there is a conflict between these terms and conditions and the Save Mart Rewards Program Terms and Conditions with respect to the Fuel Rewards Program, these terms and conditions control; the Shell Fuel Rewards program is governed by Shell’s Fuel Rewards Terms and Conditions.

Save Mart reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify any account or point balance at any time for any lawful reason, including suspected fraud or abuse, violation of these terms, account inactivity, or upon termination of the program, in each case to the extent permitted by applicable law and in accordance with the modification and termination provisions below.

Limitations of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, EACH OF SAVE MART’S AND ITS AFFILIATES’ AND EQUILON ENTERPRISES LLC DBA SHELL OIL PRODUCTS US’ (“SHELL”) AND ITS AFFILIATES’ MAXIMUM AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ITS OWN ACTS OR OMISSIONS FOR ANY CLAIMS RELATED TO THIS PROGRAM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE VALUE OF POINTS EARNED BY THE INDIVIDUAL MEMBER IN THE 90 DAYS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR (B) TWENTY U.S. DOLLARS ($20). NEITHER SAVE MART NOR ITS AFFILIATES NOR SHELL NOR ITS AFFILIATES IS LIABLE FOR THE ACTS OR OMISSIONS OF THE OTHER. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, NEITHER SAVE MART NOR ITS AFFILIATES NOR SHELL NOR ITS AFFILIATES IS LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. NOTHING IN THIS SECTION LIMITS LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.

Jurisdiction and Governing Law
The Fuel Rewards Program and these terms and conditions are governed by and to be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of California (excluding any conflict of law principles that would direct the application of the laws of another jurisdiction), except that the Arbitration provision below is governed by the Federal Arbitration Act, 9 U.S.C. § 1 et seq. (the “FAA”). BY YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, YOU AGREE THAT ANY CLAIMS OR DISPUTES SHALL BE BROUGHT ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS ACTION. THIS CLASS ACTION WAIVER IS PART OF, AND SUBJECT TO, THE ARBITRATION PROVISION BELOW (INCLUDING ITS SEVERABILITY TERMS, AND ITS EXCEPTION FOR PUBLIC INJUNCTIVE RELIEF WHERE REQUIRED BY CALIFORNIA LAW). 

Arbitration
PLEASE READ THIS PROVISION CAREFULLY: IT REQUIRES THAT DISPUTES BE RESOLVED IN INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION AND AFFECTS HOW YOU MAY SEEK RELIEF. YOU, SAVE MART, AND SHELL AGREE THAT THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS EVIDENCE A TRANSACTION INVOLVING INTERSTATE COMMERCE AND THAT THE FAA GOVERNS THE INTERPRETATION AND ENFORCEMENT OF THIS ARBITRATION PROVISION.

EXCEPT FOR DISPUTES THAT QUALIFY FOR SMALL CLAIMS COURT, ALL DISPUTES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OR ANY ASPECT OF THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN YOU, SHELL AND/OR SAVE MART, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT, STATUTE, FRAUD, MISREPRESENTATION OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, WILL BE RESOLVED THROUGH FINAL AND BINDING ARBITRATION BEFORE A NEUTRAL ARBITRATOR INSTEAD OF IN A COURT BY A JUDGE OR JURY AND YOU AGREE THAT SHELL, SAVE MART, AND YOU ARE EACH WAIVING THE RIGHT TO TRIAL BY A JURY. YOU AGREE THAT ANY ARBITRATION UNDER THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS WILL TAKE PLACE ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS; CLASS ARBITRATIONS AND CLASS ACTIONS ARE NOT PERMITTED AND YOU ARE WAIVING YOUR RIGHT TO GIVE UP THE ABILITY TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION. Before initiating any arbitration, the party asserting a claim must first send the other party a written notice of dispute describing the claim and the specific relief sought, and the parties will attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute informally for 60 days; any applicable statute of limitations will be tolled during that period.

The arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules and Mediation Procedures (“AAA Procedures”), as amended by this Agreement. The arbitral tribunal shall consist of one arbitrator, to be appointed in accordance with AAA Procedures. The AAA Procedures are available at AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules & Fees page. Payment of filing, administration, and arbitrator fees will be governed by the AAA Procedures and applicable law (including, for California consumers, California Code of Civil Procedure sections 1281.97, 1281.98, and 1284.3), and you will not be required to pay Save Mart’s or Shell’s share of arbitration fees. The arbitrator will conduct hearings, if any, by teleconference or videoconference, rather than by personal appearances, unless the arbitrator determines upon request by you or by us that an in-person hearing is appropriate. Any in-person appearances will be held in Stockton, California. The language of the arbitration shall be English. The arbitrator’s decision will follow the terms of these Terms and Conditions and will be final and binding. The arbitrator will have authority to award temporary, interim or permanent injunctive relief or relief providing for specific performance of these Terms and Conditions, but only to the extent necessary to provide relief warranted by the individual claim before the arbitrator. The award rendered by the arbitrator may be confirmed and enforced in any court having jurisdiction thereof. All aspects of the arbitration shall be confidential. Save to the extent required by law or pursuant to any proceedings to enforce or challenge an award, no aspect of the proceedings, documentation, or any (partial or final) award or order or any other matter connected with the arbitration shall be disclosed to any other person by either party or its counsel, agents, corporate parents, affiliates or subsidiaries without the prior written consent of the other party or parties. Notwithstanding any of the foregoing, nothing in this Agreement will preclude you from bringing issues to the attention of federal, state, or local agencies, and, if the law allows, they can seek relief against us for you.

General
Save Mart and Shell reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this offer or any aspect of the Save Mart Rewards and Lucky Rewards programs at any time, to the extent permitted by applicable law. If Save Mart makes a material change that adversely affects your rights (including a change to point earning, redemption, or expiration, or to the Arbitration provision), Save Mart will provide reasonable advance notice (for example, by email, in-app or website notice, or point-of-sale posting), and the change will apply only after the date of that notice. Points already earned may be redeemed in accordance with the terms in effect when they were earned or during a reasonable wind-down period stated in the notice. Changes to the Arbitration provision will not apply to any dispute of which Save Mart had written notice before the change. Your continued participation in the program after the effective date of a modification constitutes acceptance of the modification; if you do not agree to a modification, you must stop participating and cancel your rewards membership.

By participating in this program, you acknowledge that both Shell and Save Mart each independently collect and use transaction data for program administration, marketing, and analytics purposes in accordance with their respective privacy notices and policies available at https://www.shell.com/privacy/b2c-notice.html, https://savemart.com/privacy-policy, and https://luckysupermarkets.com/privacy-policy. Shell is an independent company and is not Save Mart’s service provider or contractor; Shell’s collection and use of your personal information are governed solely by Shell’s privacy notice, and Save Mart is not responsible for Shell’s privacy practices.

This program is a financial incentive under the California Consumer Privacy Act. You may withdraw from this financial incentive at any time by canceling your rewards membership in your account settings. A Notice of Financial Incentive is available at https://savemart.com/privacy-policy. By enrolling in, or continuing to participate in, the rewards program after receiving the Notice of Financial Incentive, you opt in to this financial incentive. You may withdraw at any time, without penalty, using any of the methods described above, and your withdrawal will not affect your other rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act.

Participation is not conditioned on your consent to marketing. Not valid where prohibited by law. All trademarks are property of their respective owners.

Save Mart is not responsible for delays, errors, or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control. If any provision of these terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect, and the unenforceable provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable. Save Mart’s failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver.
