Sauteed Spinach & Arugula With Garlic

Sauteed SpinachIngredients:

1 teaspoon olive oil

1 large garlic clove, minced

10 oz organicgirl baby spinach & arugula

Directions:

In a large pan, heat oil over medium high heat.  Add garlic and stir until slightly browned.  Add organicgirl baby spinach & arugula, turning with tongs until the spinach and arugula are wilted but still bright green, about 2-3 minutes.  Season with coarse sea salt and fresh ground pepper.

Serves 2-3 side dishes.
