Save Mart Supermarkets of Modesto, California confirmed this morning that the sale to acquire Albertson’s LLC Northern California Division is final. The final sale includes 130 Albertson’s stores in Northern California and Northern Nevada, the Roseville and Vacaville distribution centers, as well as the division office in Dublin, California.
