DIRECTOR OF PHARMACY OPERATIONS – Coast/Bay/N.CA/Reno-Carson (MCE 543)

 The Director of Pharmacy Operations supervises 30+ pharmacies to ensure maximum effectiveness and efficiencies, optimal staff development, and compliance with all related company policies and legal/regulatory requirements. 

Requirements: 

• Pharmacy Degree (Pharm.D. or BS in Pharmacy from an accredited School of Pharmacy)
• Advanced knowledge of retail pharmacy operations 
• Excellent management and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Advanced Microsoft Suite and pharmacy technology skills
• Frequent travel (80% of time) for store visits – Company vehicle provided

Repair and Maintenance Technician – Santa Rosa/Napa/Sonoma Area (MCE 547)

The Repair and Maintenance Technician will provide a service to our grocery stores performing and coordinating repair and maintenance activities on assigned equipment and in assigned stores. Responsibilities include performing repair and maintenance as requested by the company, fire, health, and other safety departments, coordinating and scheduling for outside services, and assisting with construction and maintenance related to new store openings, remodels, and resets.

This position will cover stores in the Santa Rosa/Napa/Sonoma areas.

Requirements:  

• One year experience in maintenance or a related field  
• Experience with electrical, plumbing, and other trades involved with store construction
• Experience with the use of hand tools, light power equipment, and rough and finish carpentry
• Good communication skills (verbal and written) 
• Good organizational skills
• Retail store equipment, food processing equipment is preferred  
• Valid Driver's License for frequent travel  
• Must provide own tools
