Change things up for lunch this week. Skip the sliced meat and make chicken salad sandwiches with tonight's rotisserie chicken leftovers.


1 Lemon Pepper Rotisserie Chicken, shredded
1 stalk chopped celery
1 cup sliced red grapes
1 bunch green onions, chopped
½ cup slivered almonds
½ cup Sunny Select mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Sunny Select mustard
salt and pepper to taste


Prep: 10 minutes

Serves: 4-6

1. Combine all ingredients and include salt and pepper to taste. Add in preferred amount of shredded chicken. Mix well.
