4 Master Cut Boneless Pork Chops, thin cut*
2 teaspoons Sunny Select Olive Oil, divided
2 cups sliced mushrooms
1 cup sliced yellow squash AND zucchini
1/2 cup Sunnyside Farms Fat-Free Milk
1 can (10.5 ounces) Sunny Select Fat-Free Cream of Mushroom Soup
1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed
1/2 cup grated Swiss cheese
Salt & pepper to taste


In large non-stick skillet, heat 1 teaspoon oil over medium-high; add pork; brown on each side, 2-3 minutes. Remove chops from pan; keep warm. Add remaining oil to skillet; sauté mushrooms and squash for 3-5 minutes, stirring. In small bowl, stir together milk, soup and rosemary; add to skillet. Reduce heat to medium-low, simmer 3-5 minutes. Stir in cheese; add pork; reduce heat to low; simmer 3-5 minutes. Serves 4.

*Note: Thicker chops, brown 5-7 minutes on each side and simmer in sauce 10-12 minutes.
